​The steps to Lasting Lifestyle Change are easy:

1.  Envision the desired life, self, work, or purpose.  
2. Develop goals to get there.
3. Work towards them.


So why do so many goals go unfulfilled?  ​
In short, we get busy and overwhelmed.  We get stuck or procrastinate.  Illness or injury throws us off-track, and unfortunately, many give up. 

​One of the best ways to end this pattern is to take someone on the journey with you.  Someone who can ask the tough questions, provide information, listen as we develop our plan, provide encouragement during challenges, and help us remember
​our "why" and our vision.
